Rob (manager) is a very unhappy miserable crappy person. Yesterday i went to pick my pizza which was supposed to be a large size but they handed me a medium size, it wasnt because of their fault but because of the app. Im trying to explain the situation to the personel and they are not helping. I ask for the manager which was in the back making pizzas and witnessing everything and the manager Rob yells from the back that the pizza i ordered they dont make it in a large, i respectfully and profesionally try to tell him if he can come to the front so i can further explain the situation and show him that i payed for a large size pizza, and to find a resolution but he tells me hes too busy. I wait for him a couple of minutes and i ask him if hes going to help me and the guy literally tells me (a customer) “my guy I already told you im too busy” (with an attitude). Talk about customer service. Another employee much nicer had to come and try to help me but couldnt do much. Left the store and they never made it right for me.

I placed an order for a medium pizza with sausage, half with black olive and beef and half with pepperoni and banana pepper.I got a plain cheese pizza. I tried to call at 11:30pm when they close at 12am, and only got a busy signal. I wanted a replacement, but not I just want a refund 😡

Saturday 10/18/25 @ 12:44 PM) We are committed HOLLY HILL, Dominos customers who used our app to order our pizza and were told that 4 women 2 of which are over 50 were suspected to be attempting to steal 2 pizzas during a $9.99 promotion based on something that had happened. I explained to this “manager” that you don’t treat the majority of your committed customer base rudely based on the actions of a minority. At this point the manager said to me that he was a minority himself; therefore, wasn’t doing anything wrong 😑. This message goes directly to corporate FIRE this man because he clearly admitted that he does things different and has been employed by you for over 15 years; therefore, you permit his behavior. If a regular customer walks into your store that has ordered from your app you know who they are so, when they ask to see their pizzas and for plates, napkins, condiments but are demanded to pay repeatedly and explain that this is not normal. It should be understood that this man does not normally perform customer service (THE MANAGER). He said he didn’t care if I write this review as well so maybe the corporation does. Remember what happened to Pizza Hut and understand history can repeat itself. (BTW The pizzas were absolutely delicious as usual at this location and you need to fix your American Express or let us know you don’t except it because it’s never works properly)

I tried to order a pizza 10 minutes before I got there so it would be ready and this stupid ai they have answer the phone sat there and kept asking if I wanted more and even added a cookie to my order by the time I got it ordered I was already at dominos. Ridiculous.

Horrible service and apathetic phone people waited over an hour for my pizza that never came. They never called me to let me know that they didn’t or couldn’t deliver it.
