I am giving two stars because at least the simple kids trick or treat ice cream was done correctly.
I asked for the Carmel ghost latte to which the photo of was on the flyer. First it was handed to me with no cold foam which is clearly in the photo she even asked how I wanted it and I said just like on the flyer. When I asked for the cold foam I got an eye roll and was told if I wanted it I am gonna have to wait a while. All while the person behind me had been waiting before I got there and wasn’t being helped. I have had my fair share of working alone so I am by no means blaming the employee as she seemed super stressed and it is a Saturday it’s gonna be busy. I suggest hiring more people for the weekends ! I was excited to try a new shop and truly disappointed.

Neighborhood Scoop if a beautiful themed ice cream shop on Granada and is perfect for beating the summer heat or a after a long day at the beach. Their non dairy cookies and cream was delicious and I loved their Boba tea that I stole a taste from my kids.

This is the cutest little art deco ice cream shop in Ormond. The flavors are always great, staff is always smiling and I love sitting on main street. It’s like a little slice of American heaven!

Great little place for scooped ice cream! They had a bunch of flavors and even catered to gluten free options! Very testy and the staff was super nice! They even had affogato which I may try next time!!!

Great little icecream shop. Lots of different types of covered and dipped cones and icecream to choose from. Esspresso coffee available too!
