I rarely complain about food because we all know fast food we get what we get. We had left the hospital about 11:15 p.m. we went through the drive-thru and that was our first mistake going to Wendys. We ordered two meals and the parmesan Caesar salad total 30.09. didn't order drinks because all they had were diet drinks and I'm like okay we have soda at home no big deal. Let me tell you and you can see the pictures below what a disgusting mess we had gotten and it all went straight to the garbage. I tried calling and of course nobody answered 20 minutes before they were to close at midnight. So I reached out to customer service and they were no help either . They were going to offer me $15 worth of free food if I downloaded the app. They weren't going to bully me into downloading an app cuz I will never go to Wendy's again for food but they're frosties forever. Apparently they thought that was fair even though I did eat none of the food as you can see in the pictures below it was disgusting the chicken was hard like a rock the french fries as you can see look like they sat in the grease for an hour and then in the French fry holder and I don't know what this one sandwich was other than one big sloppy mess and the dry one with no type of sauce. I am going to reach out to my bank and see if I can dispute the charges cuz I don't think I should have to pay a dime for garbage. Customer service did say someone from the store was going to get with me in a day or so but of course I haven't heard anything.

Has went down tremendously within the past 6 months, the new management just keeps changing the staff with no regards to them or their life! There used to be the same group of young people working there whenever I attended and they seemed to have passion and love their jobs! Now it’s someone new every time I go in and they’re all rude and disrespectful.

The guy at the window has been the same person the past 3 times I've went thru the drive thru. He is the rudest person ever. Not sure if he just doesn't like people or white people in general. He better take a step back before he offends the wrong person. I'm going to be reporting his rudeness to the corporate office. That's how bad he is.

I would avoid this wendy's at all costs! This isnt my first bad experience with them and thought I would give them another chance... mistake on my part. They made me wait 15 minutes while at least 10 cars passed me theough drivetheu. The bacon is black when I paid for it to be added, fries are stale and underfilled when I paid for a large... and when I try to call noone answers the phone. Worst location!

So I usually don’t complain about food, but let me just complain about my experience today…
Went to the Wendy’s on Granada going towards beachside and it was a hot mess experience.  I highly suggest you do not go there. They served bad food..
 out of date by almost a month.
 first I ordered hunbys food with no mayonnaise but they put mayonnaise on his burger fine we can wipe that off then I tried ordering a Apple pecan chicken salad to which they said they are all out of so I ended up getting a taco salad instead cause I had 🌶️ chili .. well  you can see from my bowl they threw and maybe a handful of lettuce a little bit of cheese and legit gave me tomato skins not even a tomato slice 🍅🤦♀️🤦♀️
 when I got back to store I crunched up rhe chips and put them in my salad .  within the first bite, I can taste that something was off then I checked the date on the chips and they were expired by almost a month🤦♀️🤦♀️  my baked potato did not come with sour cream or butter but also they served me a bad potato I didn’t take a picture🤦♀️.  it was too grossed out I threw it away..
I tried contacting the store manager and calling their phone multiple times, and nobody answered .
I understand people are shortstaffed. I understand people are overworked, but this is Absolutely. Unacceptable.
 especially since I’m more prone to get infections and sick with my health conditions I can’t be eating bad food..  I did contact corporate since nobody answered the phone I’m supposed to receive a call from district manager.let’s see if that happens
