Apparently, this staff doesn’t care about customer service and satisfaction. This salad was beyond disgusting and disappointing to say the least. This strawberry vinaigrette was not asked for and the topping was incorrect as well. No one answers the phone and the fact that the order was wrong twice in one day speaks volumes LOL I will not be spending my coins here…

UPDATE:Beware Leaving Review for this Establishment!
Moved 2 star to 1 star.My latest experience on 1.10.2026, after 3 PM. Inside of this location was empty, but the female manager. I tried this Subway location once again because I was at work and short on time. However, what happened next just blew my mind. I thought someone was playing a joke on me at first. It was no joke!The Subway Manager at this location did not like my review. She verbally attacked me about it, and said "they read reviews," told me through retaliation "you're not allowed here…Leave!" She said a lot more, but I do not want to post it publicly. I have also documentation on emails sent out for precaution due to verbal and retaliation from this manager._______________________________________________________________Use to enjoy eating at the Granada location. They have one mature employee, male, white hair who is always friendly and always working. Makes you feel welcomed. He should be managing, but instead they have gone through a couple managers. This lastest manager is extremely very rude with a nasty attitude. If I didn't work close by I would never go back. Place is convenient only, but getting to the point not worth time or day. Get a better sandwich and others food from Peach Valey around the same price range minus a drink of course. So, might need to start ordering ahead at Peach Valey instead.This Subway is giving same bread choices but less fillings like meat and vegetables. The last time I was in there, I had to keep asking for extra. Manager waited on me. She is extremely an unfriendly person. Definitely does not like the public. Everytime she has been there when I come in I hear how rude she is with people especially if a person ask for extra vegetables. She will add one to two vey small vegetable to sandwich. It is very irritating seeing her eyes roll and hearing her rude comments not only to me but other guests who asked for vegetable. . Note, these vegetables are sliced much smaller than they use to be. Please look and take your own notes if you try this location. No wonder some of us ask for extra on it. Who wants to taste nothing but bread? Think its time to try all the different food locations in that area.

The lettuce was brown also brown to black avocado just very dirty and food station was a hot mess the two girls when I asked them for new lettuce and avocado and I had gotten an attitude. With the food illnesses in the news you would think that you would not put two 16 year olds too run the store not a smart choice!!!

I would give 0 stars if i could. I’ve ordered from this location 3 times. The first time I only received a drink, no chips, no sub! The second time, my fiance and I ordered, our subs were mixed up. Half of my toppings were on his and vise versa, our breads were mixed also. I ordered today and I only received the sub which had the wrong toppings, no chips, no cookies, and no drink. I called the store to try and resolve the issue for every order and nobody answered. I called Doordash and they attempted numerous times for each order to contact Subway and nobody answered. There’s clearly a problem at this location, the reviews seem to have a pattern. Shame on the Subway cooperation for not doing something about this location.

Very uncomfortable atmosphere, due to Andrew's attitude. My family and I we're traveling from out of town and all place orders online to take advantage of the promotion. When we arrived as we were sitting down to eat, Andrew started complaining about our order to another group of customers and was just slamming things while preparing orders. Making me and my family feel very uncomfortable. I work in the food industry and can understand how difficult customers can be but we did not do anything wrong. When we tried to approach him and a nice professional way, he was very disrespectful and was going back and forth with us, then proceeded to go to the back. He was very unprofessional. We come to this area often and will definitely never come back to this location.
