Good small Mexican cuisine. Loved the good Pina Loca dish served in a half of a pineapple. Located in a strip mall very near I-95. Typically priced.

Mexican Restaurants are my favorite places to eat, especially for the first time. Agave is no exception, the festive atmosphere, excellent service and cordial atmosphere are all here. I would give a five star, but my seafood enchiladas had very little seafood in it. A few dices up shrimp pieces (about 6 morsels, and maybe some stringy crab meat, I think), and as disappointing as that may seem, the margaritas are excellent, and the Bartender's attitude, still warranted four stars.I highly recommend this place, but not so much the seafood enchilads.Timbo K.

Although the food is amazing - I have never had a pleasant experience getting it. If I DoorDash/UberEats I have to call to place the order again because they never check their orders or their system is down. If I pickup, the front of house employees (except some nice hostesses) are vulgar and rude in the kitchen. Currently canceling my order because no one is even making it. 🤦

Visited today for the first time. The salsa was chunky with a good tomato flavor. The chips were thick, not thin which was very good. They had to be to stand up to the chunky salsa. Ordered a tamale and enchilada combo. Came out quick and everything was good. Only gripe is I expect more heat from Mexican cuisine. I like spicy and maybe I should've requested it instead of expecting it. Still good though.

I've been to this place twice this week and it gets better each time. The food here makes any other Mexican food I've ever had feel invalid. It is top notch unlike any other I've had. Better than any other Mexican in Volusia county. Food is very fairly priced as well with awesome lunch deals. Everyone should come here everyday.
