I ordered a biggie bag, no veggies or sauce, and it had a tomato and was smothered with Mayo, my fries and chicken nuggets were room temperature by the time I got them, and if there was a frosty atleast Id be okay, I could dip my cold food in it for flavor. But I was told the Frosty machine was broken? Atleast my medium coke was tolerable, It seemed like upper management left the people at the store high and dry, I dont expect an amazing meal, I just want it to be atleast warm and edible

Great food great service super fast. I got home thinking that I wasn’t going to feel good the next day cause I’m not used to eating burgers and fries, but it tasted so good and I felt fine. The next day. The food was still warm when I got home, you could know it’s freshly made great customer service.

Overall great experience today. My family and I stopped to get sandwiches and the girl training on register as well as the girl training her are doing great! All three of my children were greeted and were excited to eat inside and open their toys. Thank you

I rarely complain about food because we all know fast food we get what we get. We had left the hospital about 11:15 p.m. we went through the drive-thru and that was our first mistake going to Wendys. We ordered two meals and the parmesan Caesar salad total 30.09. didn't order drinks because all they had were diet drinks and I'm like okay we have soda at home no big deal. Let me tell you and you can see the pictures below what a disgusting mess we had gotten and it all went straight to the garbage. I tried calling and of course nobody answered 20 minutes before they were to close at midnight. So I reached out to customer service and they were no help either . They were going to offer me $15 worth of free food if I downloaded the app. They weren't going to bully me into downloading an app cuz I will never go to Wendy's again for food but they're frosties forever. Apparently they thought that was fair even though I did eat none of the food as you can see in the pictures below it was disgusting the chicken was hard like a rock the french fries as you can see look like they sat in the grease for an hour and then in the French fry holder and I don't know what this one sandwich was other than one big sloppy mess and the dry one with no type of sauce. I am going to reach out to my bank and see if I can dispute the charges cuz I don't think I should have to pay a dime for garbage. Customer service did say someone from the store was going to get with me in a day or so but of course I haven't heard anything.

A fast food restaurant running out of fries, really!? After several attempts to contact the store, with no answer the gal hung up on me when I finally got in contact with someone. Not a good representative of Wendy's.
